Our Jewelry is made by Jewelers with over 10 years experience, however the gem setting is done by hand and human error can occur at times. 

Every piece of our Jewelry goes through a strict quality control process before being delivered to you. 

If on the rare occurrence a manufacturing fault is found in your Jewelry we will repair or replace it for free. 

Your Jewelry is delicate and pressure can easily bend the metal, bending from heavy pressure can cause the structure of jewelry to be altered and our policy isn't able to cover damage caused from lack of care.

Your gemstone is covered for life to keep it's sparkle and durability.

If not we will replace it for free.

A Moissanite can only be scratched by a diamond, and it is more resistant to shattering than a diamond.

Returning Jewelry or Stones to Moissanite Engagement Rings

• Contact us first to advise us you'd like to return the pieces and let us know the defect, this defect must be found by our team in order to receive a refund
• We'll cover postage and insurance
